The beer ferments away. This is what beer looks like when yeast reacts with sugars from the barley and malt to make alcohol. It's a pretty cool chemical reaction.

About 2 1/2 more weeks to go until bottling, then about a week from there.

Came to this site from your post at BA. Glad to see we have created yet another brewer! May whatever deity you do or don't believe in multiply our flock a million-fold! FYI, the fermetation process, though involving some chemistry, is not really a chemical reaction, but rather a biological function of the yeast. You probably knew that, but just to be on the safe side (some beer geeks are real snobs...), you might want to change your description. ;-)
