I don't know which is more disturbing about this proposed piece of legislation from Missouri: the simple fact that the Missouri legislature is trying to ban cold beer, or the fact that the legislature is taking advice from 5th-graders....

Clearly this is what has been missing from the Michigan Legislature: grade school bill introductions.
Speaking of which, write your Representative and ask them to support House Bill 5932, which would outlaw homework, and House Bill 6102, which would increase funding to fight cooties.
