I really did not think Obama or his campaign would have the balls to do it, but they are actually “selling” t-shirts making a funny out of the whole birth certificate nonsense.

Openly mocking Trump and the rest of the birther/truther/tenther fanatics is the best way to handle them. The next thing is to openly ridicule all those who made up the death panel and other health care reform lies.
